We have been using Aro Software since December 2005. I was apprehensive as in an attempt to operate a user friendly Personal Contact Management System we had tried RealOz, Multi-Array and Console and been very unsatisfied.
Aro was the first system that our salespeople could immediately use and being web based is so convenient. We did have some initial challenges to customise to our particular requirements and we found the support team fantastic in assisting us.
The program is evolving constantly and new features are being added. We like the fact that we can offer feedback to improve the software and that most of these are implemented in time.
Michelle and James are dedicated to offering the best Real Estate software and being previously in the business they know what we need. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they are very patient with our new admin that need help.

Over the period of the last ten years as principal of Central Realty ( Mt. Gravatt ) I have tested at least 5 or 6 different software packages from basic databases to those with all the 'bells and whistles'.
When REIQ was introducing its new Realworks Live software our office was chosen as one of the 'guinea pigs' for testing prior to it's recent launch to the real estate industry.
One of the concerns over the years that I have been investigating various software programs, has been the fact that many of the available programs were too complicated and confusing for staff to use. My staff - while only having a very short period of time using ARO Software - have indicated that it is so much easier and friendly to use than any of the previous programs we have tested.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Along the way there are always things that can be improved or added to your website. The team at Arosoftware have helped so much and nothing has been a problem. Having your own website allows you to be in control of what YOU offer the potential purchasers/renters. It is clear, easy to nagivate, and very easy to add/change properties. Immediate uploads to your own site impresses vendors when they see their property on line so quickly. Window cards look great and easy to produce/print. Overall, couldnt have asked for better.

It is Friday afternoon and within 2 hours of our website going live, which is amazing as i signed the agreement to proceed only on Tuesday of this week.
How do i begin to thank you and your team for the website you created for me in three days, a feat which i though was impossible, when we found ourselves in trouble and required an immediate solution, yet you took it on and fulfilled all your promises.
The system you have in place is very user friendly and easy to understand from a clients point of view, as it takes the mystery out of a process which i find within an environment of dense smoke and curved mirrors.
Your team members always took our calls, and if we left a message it was only minutes before we received a response. One can't expect more than that.
