Custom website design project for Steele Properties servicing Nabiac to Forster-Tuncurry.

Cameron Steele, the Director of Steele Properties approached us as a new start up real estate agency in need of a new website and branding package. With over 10 years experience in the real estate industry and an intimate understanding of the property market in the Mid North Coast region. 

With this design, we wanted to create something fresh that compliments his geographical location being the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Not only does this website compliment the brand, but it is also functional to generate seller leads and grow the agency’s rent roll.

Goals for the Steele Properties website:

Designed to the brand

This homepage features a simple, clean and white space design which is well suited to the brand of Steele Properties. We really wanted to showcase the beautiful Mid North Coast to create some geographical relevance where Steele Properties specialises in. The Mid North Coast features beautiful beaches and scenery, this is why a washed out theme has been applied to this design. 

The feature section promotes a simple tagline and brand mantra which funnels to a scroll button directing the website visitor to the ‘How can we help?’ section. This help section nests three call to action buttons, sell, buy and rent. The sell call to action is the primary call to action for this website, the button will direct the website visitor to a targeted sellers landing page. 

Scrolling a bit further down the page, we have added a ‘Featured listings’ slider to showcase some properties, and also to build some brand credibility for other sellers who might be looking at utilising Steele Properties as their real estate agent. Displaying some featured properties on the homepage helps instill trust in potential sellers who land on your website.  Directly below this leads into the primary call to action ‘Looking to sell?’ which is simple and direct by design. It is vital to make handing over details easy and straight to the point. 

Focused on generating seller leads

This page has been designed and built purely for generating seller leads through both organic and paid advertisement. Upon arrival of this page, you will see a tagline ‘Sell with success’ with a paragraph of text backing up the statement. This is then followed by 2 CTA buttons directing the website visitor to either explore the page, or proceed to requesting a property appraisal. A similar page layout for ‘Manage with us’ has also been used. 

This page is solely responsible for convincing a prospective seller to request an appraisal and collect their details.  It is important that these landing pages attempting to generate leads are clear, concise and straight to the point. Statistically you only have approximately 4-6 seconds to capture the attention of a user before they lose interest, these can be measured as a ‘bounce rate’ in your Google analytics dashboard. 

You can’t manage what you can’t measure
