KW Property is a well established real estate agency specialising in real estate sales and rentals. Our goal for the KW Property website was to update the look and feel while also designing a functional website that generates leads targeting sellers and vendors. Home page
The new homepage for KW Property is designed to clearly communicate the agencies core market and points of difference whilst navigating the user to the key landing pages on the site “List With Us” and “Manage With Us”. We have achieved this with clear text/copy, beautiful images and easy to use navigation in the form of the large buttons. We have also include listings to keep a fresh stream of content on the homepage which is great for SEO.

The role of the “List With Us” page is to generate homeowner leads and be the primary landing page for any seller focussed marketing or advertisements.
