In most cases no. We only charge setup fees for the professional plan if you are migrating an existing trust account.

Yes. We regularly migrate agencies from other real estate CRMs and can assist with contacts, listings, notes, templates, etc. We migrate your contact & listing data free of charge.

Most agencies are onboarded in 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the migration, website requirements, and integrations involved.

We have a 12 month minimum contract. After the 12 months it is month-to-month.

Yes. Australian-based support via email, chat & phone is included, along with onboarding guidance and training for your team.
